Who this is for

Result you receive
A written report ranking statements by total database time and user-visible impact, each with plan snapshots, root-cause notes, recommended DDL or SQL rewrites, rollout risk, and validation queries to run after deployment. One 45-minute follow-up call after you implement selected items to compare metrics.

- Mapping from statements to application call sites where traces are available

Timeline and delivery
Typically starts within three weeks of signed scope. Remote delivery; on-site workshops in Gauteng available by arrangement. Report delivered as PDF plus appendix suitable for ticketing systems.
Preparation
Enable slow-query logging or provide APM export, grant read access to staging or a recent replica snapshot, and nominate an engineer who can approve test runs of suggested rewrites.
